Yes. Most of our work is residential additions and kitchen remodels, but our Class A license covers commercial buildouts, tenant improvements, and ground-up commercial construction in Virginia and DC.
A standard kitchen remodel runs 4 to 8 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Larger projects involving structural changes or additions take longer. We give you a written timeline before any work starts.
Yes. We handle all permitting, drawings, and inspections required by your county or the city. The permit cost is included as a line item in your estimate.
